Honey Wheat

This is a basic sourdough go-to bread. This recipe combines whole wheat with all purpose flour for beautiful volume. Typically the bran or germ is included in the flour, which makes for a pleasantly hearty element, while the tiny drizzle of honey during fermentation gives just the right hint of sweetness. A beautiful, healthy and light wheat bread!
