Whole Wheat Sourdough
This is a basic sourdough go-to bread and holds the most beautiful hand scoring. This recipe combines whole wheat with all purpose flour for beautiful volume. Typically the bran or germ is included in the flour, which makes for a pleasantly hearty element, while the tiny drizzle of honey during fermentation gives just the right hint of sweetness. This boule scores beautifully and presents like a showstopper!
