Mighty Multigrain

A measure of Harvest Grains Blend (hot cereal mix) is added to this dough. Typically it contains a blend of rye flakes, oats, barley, seeds and sometimes cornmeal for a hint of mellow sweetness. All these grains add a certain depth of flavor and a brilliant textural element that is so wonderful that words cannot fully describe. This bread has a delightful bouncy feel and is fantastic on its own or toasted and piled high with any leftovers you see fit.
