Earthy with a pop of tart, this bread has another perfect flavor combo. Craisins are the perfect gem as they are both sweet and tart and come though beautifully in this sourdough. And the color of the interior is like no other. Morning toast with a nut butter, avocado or layer of butter, tossed in a savory olive oil for croutons, or a fabulous french toast..... or all the above!
