Roasted Garlic & Rosemary

Soft, sweet, caramelized garlic adds a depth of flavor you must experience, especially when fermented with rosemary! Not that this bread needs a ding dang thing, but when dipped in olive oil...... and washed down with a swallow of red wine? It is heavenly!
