This sourdough is fermented 12-18 hours, then baked in a hot oven in lots of olive oil. There is a lot of flavor that develops in that time! Then dimpled with additional ingredients and baked until crusty. Choose either Garlic & Rosemary OR Pesto Sundried Tomato & Italian Cheese.
